End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy
The trial license provides full access to all features for 15 days from the date of first launch. No registration or payment is required. After the trial period expires, a Personal or Business license is required to continue using the software.
A perpetual license for one individual user on one Mac. The license is bound to the hardware
identifier of the registered Mac. Transfer to a different machine requires contacting support.
The license key format is: RM-P-HHHH-XXXX-XXXX-CCCC
A perpetual license for organizations. Can be activated on unlimited devices.
Cross-platform compatible — the same key works on both macOS and Windows.
The license key format is: RM-B-****-XXXX-XXXX-CCCC
MojoSoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RocketMouse AI ("the Software") on the number of devices specified by your license type, subject to the terms of this agreement.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) rent, lease, or lend the Software; (c) redistribute the Software; (d) use the Software for any unlawful purpose; (e) share your license key with unauthorized users.
The Software is owned by MojoSoft and is protected by copyright laws. The license does not constitute a sale and does not transfer any ownership rights.
Minor updates (within the same major version) are provided free of charge. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase. You are not obligated to install updates.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MOJOSOFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MOJOSOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
RocketMouse AI does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, usage analytics, telemetry, or crash reports. The software operates entirely locally on your Mac.
When using AI Assistant features, your prompts are sent directly to your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, or custom endpoint) using your own API key. MojoSoft does not proxy, log, or have access to these communications.
License key validation is performed locally using cryptographic verification. No internet connection is required for license validation after initial activation.
The Accessibility, Screen Recording, and Input Monitoring permissions are used exclusively for RPA automation operations initiated by you. No data captured through these permissions is transmitted outside your Mac.
