Personal licenses are hardware-bound. Contact us for a key reissue. Business licenses are not hardware-bound and work on any PC.

Is there a refund policy?+

Are updates free?+

Yes. All updates within the same major version (v1.x) are free.

Can I use it offline?+

Yes. After activation, the app works offline. Some features like AI and browser automation require internet.
