How to Find Your Hardware ID

A Hardware ID is required for personal license purchases. Follow these steps to find it:

  1. Launch RocketWhisper
  2. Open Settings (gear icon)
  3. Select the "License" tab
  4. Click the "Copy" button next to the Hardware ID

Before You Purchase

  • Your license key will be delivered by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • The personal license is valid for 1 PC only. Contact support if you change PCs
  • The business license covers unlimited PCs within the same organization
  • Refunds are generally not available. Please try the 7-day free trial before purchasing
  • License keys are universal across Windows, Mac, and Linux versions

Q What happens if I replace my PC?
A For Personal licenses, please contact support. We will reissue the license for your new PC. For Business licenses, no reissue is needed since the license covers unlimited PCs.
Q Can I use a license purchased for Windows or Mac?
A Yes, RocketWhisper licenses are universal across Windows, Mac, and Linux. A license purchased on any platform can be used on any other.
Q Can I get a refund?
A Refunds are generally not available. Please try all features with the 7-day free trial before purchasing to confirm the app works for you.
Q Can you issue a receipt?
