「さくっと動画翻訳」でできることをまとめました。What Snap Video Translator can do.

さくっと動画翻訳は、動画・音声ファイルから自動で字幕を作り、AIで翻訳して、字幕の焼き付けやAI吹き替えまで行えるWindows用アプリです。文字起こしはお使いのPC上の OpenAI Whisper で動作するため、音声をクラウドに送信しません。 Snap Video Translator is a Windows app that auto-generates subtitles from video/audio, translates them with AI, and can burn the subtitles in or create an AI dub. Transcription runs locally with OpenAI Whisper, so your audio is never sent to the cloud.

  • 文字起こし：Whisper モデル（small / medium / large-v3-turbo / large-v3）から選択。SRT / VTT 字幕ファイルとして書き出し可能。 Transcription: Choose a Whisper model (small / medium / large-v3-turbo / large-v3). Export subtitles as SRT / VTT.
  • AI翻訳：Gemini・OpenAI・Claude、または OpenAI 互換のローカルLLMで翻訳。焼き付け前に字幕を確認・編集できます。 AI translation: Translate with Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or an OpenAI-compatible local LLM. Review and edit before burn-in.
  • 字幕焼き付け：フォントサイズ・文字色（白／黄）・表示位置（上／中央／下）を調整して動画に直接焼き込み。 Subtitle burn-in: Adjust font size, color (white/yellow), and position (top/center/bottom), then burn directly into the video.
  • AI吹き替え：翻訳内容を音声化（7言語・男声／女声）。元音声とのミックス、または置き換えを選択可能。 AI dubbing: Turn the translation into speech (7 languages, male/female). Mix with or replace the original audio.
  • バッチ処理：複数の動画をまとめて処理できます。 Batch processing: Process multiple videos at once.

使い方（6ステップ）How to Use (6 Steps)

基本の流れに沿って操作するだけで、字幕付き・吹き替え動画が完成します。Follow the basic flow to produce a subtitled or dubbed video.

動画ファイルを選択Select Your Video File

画面左のエリアに動画・音声ファイルをドラッグ＆ドロップするか、「ファイル追加」「フォルダ追加」ボタンから選びます。複数ファイルをまとめて追加できます。 Drag & drop video/audio files onto the left area, or use the Add Files / Add Folder buttons. You can add multiple files at once.

元言語・翻訳先言語を設定Set Source & Target Languages

右の設定パネルで音声の言語（日本語／英語／中国語／韓国語／自動検出）と、文字起こしに使うWhisperモデルを選びます。翻訳する場合は「AI翻訳を使用」をオンにし、AIプロバイダ・APIキー・翻訳先言語（日／英／中／韓／仏／独／西）を設定します。 In the right-hand panel, pick the audio language (Japanese / English / Chinese / Korean / Auto-detect) and the Whisper model. To translate, enable "Use AI Translation" and set the AI provider, API key, and target language (JA / EN / ZH / KO / FR / DE / ES).

文字起こしTranscribe

選んだモデルが未ダウンロードの場合は「モデルダウンロード」で取得します。準備ができたら、文字起こしが動画から自動で行われます（PC上でローカル処理）。 If the selected model isn't downloaded yet, get it with "Download Model". Once ready, transcription runs automatically from the video (processed locally on your PC).

AI翻訳AI Translation

「AI翻訳を使用」がオンのとき、文字起こし結果が指定の翻訳先言語へAIで翻訳されます。「接続テスト」でAPIキーの動作を事前に確認できます。「確認モード」をオンにすると、焼き付け前に字幕を確認・編集できます。 When "Use AI Translation" is on, the transcript is translated into your target language by AI. Use "Test" to verify your API key beforehand. Enable "Review mode" to check and edit subtitles before burn-in.

字幕焼き付け または AI吹き替えBurn-in Subtitles or AI Dubbing

出力モードで「字幕ファイルのみ／焼付け動画のみ／両方」を選びます。字幕スタイル（フォントサイズ・文字色・位置）も調整可能。AI吹き替えを使う場合は「吹替を使用」をオンにし、男声／女声、元音声のミックスor置き換え、吹替動画への字幕焼き付けなどを設定します。 In Output Mode, choose "Subtitle file only / Burned video only / Both". Adjust subtitle style (font size, color, position). For AI dubbing, enable "Use Dubbing" and set male/female voice, mix-or-replace original audio, and whether to burn subtitles into the dubbed video.

書き出しExport

出力先（入力と同じフォルダ／指定フォルダ）を選び、画面下の「変換開始」をクリック。進捗バーで状況を確認でき、完了すると字幕付き動画・吹き替え動画・字幕ファイルが書き出されます。 Choose the output location (same folder as input / a selected folder) and click "Start" at the bottom. Watch the progress bar; when finished, the subtitled/dubbed video and subtitle files are exported.

起動時に Windows SmartScreen の警告が出ますWindows SmartScreen warns me on launch

ダウンロード版のインストーラーは未署名のため、初回実行時に「WindowsによってPCが保護されました」という SmartScreen の画面が表示されることがあります。これは署名証明書がないことによる一般的な表示で、安全に起動できます。 The download installer is unsigned, so Windows may show "Windows protected your PC" via SmartScreen on first run. This is a common notice when a signing certificate is absent — you can launch it safely.

  1. 警告画面の「詳細情報」をクリックします。Click "More info" on the warning screen.
  2. 表示された「実行」ボタンをクリックします。Click the "Run anyway" button that appears.

※ Microsoft Store 版ではこの警告は表示されません。Note: The Microsoft Store version does not show this warning.

無料試用の「5分制限」とは？正式版との違いは？What is the 5-minute trial limit, and how does the full version differ?

ダウンロード版は無料で試用できますが、変換できる動画の長さが5分までに制限されています。時間制限（使用期限）はなく、5分以内の動画であれば何度でも無料でお使いいただけます。 The download edition can be used free of charge, but videos are limited to 5 minutes in length. There is no expiration — you can use it free indefinitely for videos under 5 minutes.

正式版（個人版 ¥2,950 買い切り）のライセンスを登録すると、この5分制限が解除され、すべての機能を制限なくご利用いただけます。Microsoft Store 版は購入時点で制限なくご利用いただけます。 Activating the full version (Personal, ¥2,950 one-time) removes the 5-minute limit and unlocks all features without restriction. The Microsoft Store version is unrestricted from purchase.

ライセンスの購入方法とハードウェアIDについてHow to purchase a license, and about the Hardware ID

入手方法は2つあります。どちらも同じ価格 ¥2,950（買い切り）です。 There are two ways to get it, both at the same price — ¥2,950 (one-time).

  • Microsoft Store 版：ワンクリックで購入・インストール。ライセンスキーの管理は不要です。 Microsoft Store: One-click purchase and install. No license key to manage.
  • ダウンロード版：PayPal または銀行振込で購入。お支払い後、ライセンスキー（SV-P-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX 形式）をメールでお届けします。 Download edition: Pay via PayPal or bank transfer. After payment, your license key (SV-P-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format) is delivered by email.

ダウンロード版（PayPal／銀行振込）の購入には、お使いのPC固有のハードウェアID（SV-HW-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 形式）が必要です。確認手順は次のとおりです。 Purchasing the download edition (PayPal/bank transfer) requires your PC's unique Hardware ID (SV-HW-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX format). Find it as follows:

  1. アプリを起動します。Launch the app.
  2. 設定パネル下部の「バージョン情報」をクリックします。Click "About" at the bottom of the settings panel.
  3. 「ライセンス設定を開く」ボタンをクリックします。Click "Open License Settings".
  4. ハードウェアIDの横の「コピー」ボタンでコピーし、購入ページに貼り付けます。同じ画面で受け取ったライセンスキーの登録も行えます。 Use the "Copy" button next to the Hardware ID and paste it on the purchase page. You can also activate the license key you received from this same screen.

PCを買い替えた場合は、新しいハードウェアIDを support@mojosoft.biz までお知らせいただければ、無料で再発行いたします。 If you change PCs, email your new Hardware ID to support@mojosoft.biz for a free re-issue.

対応している言語は？Which languages are supported?

音声（文字起こし）の言語：日本語・英語・中国語・韓国語、および自動検出に対応しています。 Audio (transcription) languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, plus auto-detect.

AI翻訳・AI吹き替えの対象言語（7言語）：日本語・英語・中国語・韓国語・フランス語・ドイツ語・スペイン語。 AI translation & dubbing target languages (7): Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, French, German, and Spanish.

アプリのUIはOSの言語設定に合わせて日本語／英語が自動で切り替わります。 The app UI switches automatically between Japanese and English based on your OS language.

AI翻訳・吹き替えにAPIキーは必要ですか？Do AI translation and dubbing require an API key?

AI翻訳には、お使いになるAIサービス（Gemini・OpenAI・Claude）のAPIキーが必要です。OpenAI互換のローカルLLMを利用する場合は、Base URL を指定してご利用いただけます（クラウドのAPIキー不要）。 AI translation requires an API key for the AI service you use (Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude). If you use an OpenAI-compatible local LLM, specify its Base URL instead (no cloud API key needed).

文字起こしはPC上のWhisperで動作するため、APIキーやインターネット接続は不要です（モデルの初回ダウンロード時を除く）。 Transcription runs locally with Whisper, so it needs no API key or internet connection (except for the initial model download).

トラブルシューティングTroubleshooting

うまくいかないときは、まず以下をご確認ください。If something isn't working, check the following first.

文字起こしが始まらない／モデルのエラーが出るTranscription won't start / model error

選択したWhisperモデルがダウンロード済みかご確認ください。未ダウンロードの場合は、設定パネルの「モデルダウンロード」ボタンから取得できます。ダウンロードにはインターネット接続が必要です。 Make sure the selected Whisper model is downloaded. If not, get it with the "Download Model" button in the settings panel. An internet connection is required for the download.

AI翻訳に失敗する／「接続失敗」と表示されるAI translation fails / "Failed" shown

APIキーが正しいか、AIプロバイダ・モデル名が合っているかをご確認ください。設定パネルの「接続テスト」で動作を事前に確認できます。ローカルLLMをお使いの場合は Base URL が正しいか、サーバーが起動しているかもご確認ください。 Check that your API key is correct and that the AI provider and model name match. Use "Test" in the settings panel to verify. For a local LLM, confirm the Base URL is correct and the server is running.

音声が検出されない／出力に音が入らないNo audio detected / no sound in output

入力ファイルに音声トラックが含まれているかご確認ください。AI吹き替えで「TTS音声に置き換え」を選ぶと元音声は出力されません。元の音声を残したい場合は「音量を下げてミックス」を選択してください。 Make sure the input file contains an audio track. With AI dubbing set to "Replace with TTS audio", the original audio is removed. To keep it, choose "Mix at reduced volume".

5分を超える動画が変換できないCan't convert videos longer than 5 minutes

これは無料試用版の仕様です。正式版ライセンス（個人版 ¥2,950）を登録すると制限が解除されます。詳しくは購入ページをご覧ください。 This is by design in the free trial. Activate a full license (Personal ¥2,950) to remove the limit. See the purchase page for details.
